Boise State University The Event & Operations Manager assists in the leadership, development, planning, and coordination of facility services in the Student Union, Special Events Center, and various campus locations. 35% of Time the Events & Operations Manager must: • Assist in the management of the daily operations for the facilities department; directly managing the daytime staff responsible for facility and custodial services, event and meeting production, and customer service; develops operating procedures for facility and housekeeping services. • Ability to work as a member of a team and collaborate with others outside the venue. • Knowledge of event management software.
