In this role, the Event Operations Specialist is responsible for preparing comprehensive labor estimates, managing labor documentation, and processing payroll data to ensure timely and accurate compensation. • Ability to stand, walk long distances, and climb stairs or ladders during event setup and teardown • must be able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays • minimum two years of experience in public facility management, convention or trade show operations, or similar service-driven environment • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word • strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
