Detail-driven and data-savvy, the remote Events Operations Specialist will manage event data, optimize registration experiences, and drive operational excellence for national events while collaborating with marketing and sales teams. Key responsibilities Manage and maintain event data within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and reporting readiness Support the planning and execution of large-scale national events, coordinating timelines and workflows Analyze event performance metrics and build dashboards to translate data into actionable insights Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in event operations, marketing operations, or a related field Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Cvent Experience managing projects in monday.com or similar tools
