Events Planner

The Events Planner supports the planning, coordination, and successful execution of events hosted on the Meredith College campus, including weddings, conferences, meetings, and community programs. • Serves as a liaison between clients, vendors, campus departments, and support staff to ensure well-executed events. • Supports marketing and outreach efforts to promote Meredith College facilities as a venue for community and private events. • Assists in developing promotional materials, digital content, and social media outreach in coordination with the Office of Marketing and Communications, the Copy Center, and other resources. • Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
