Events Planner

Support the planning and of our presence at State Optometric Association events in partnership with (and with direction from) the internal event planning team. Day to day works with event planners on Experiential Marketing team + Regional Manager(s) who attend these events + external event contacts Basic preferred skills: o Strategic event planning, logistics, execution o Experience working with associations and event groups is a plus o Experience working with vendors and third-party event groups for event execution (booth builds, labor, etc.) o Collaborative and able to confidently lead calls with key contacts and give updates and direction o No travel anticipated at this time This role ensures seamless event execution from initial planning through post-event evaluation, while managing logistics, budgets, vendors, and on-site support. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
