This position reports directly to the Events Manager and plays a crucial role in the planning and execution of various events, including PEPI training sessions, year-end meetings, client events, internal meetings, and employee gatherings. The Event Planner will create training schedules for all PEPI service lines, track outcomes, and maintain training records for attendees. In addition to event planning, the Event Planner will establish and implement policies and procedures related to event management, maintain comprehensive records of event communications and procedures, and collaborate with various departments to enhance training delivery. This position requires a professional with a strong background in curriculum design, meeting and conference planning, and the ability to present to C-level executives. , • Collaborate with various departments in the development and delivery of training.
