The Events Planner position at the Red Hat Amphitheater is one of two key roles responsible for the overall production, execution, and safety of all events held at the venue. This role involves comprehensive coordination and oversight of event logistics, including scheduling, staff coordination, equipment management, and onsite event operations. The planner works under the supervision of the Amphitheater and Special Events Manager and is tasked with managing event budgets, client relationships, and ensuring adherence to city and facility policies and regulations. The position requires a flexible work schedule, especially during the concert season, which includes nights, weekends, and holidays to accommodate event needs.
Ideal candidates for this role must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, a customer service orientation, and the ability to work well under pressure.
