The Events Planner’s responsibilities extend beyond traditional event planning and include managing event preparation, overseeing budgets, staffing coordination, and ensuring smooth operations during events. associate's degree in technical theatre production, recreation, public administration, event management or related field
1 to 3 years experience in technical theatre production, recreation, event management or related field or any equivalent combination of training and/or experience
ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 25 pounds frequently and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects
ability to work nights, weekends and holidays during concert season and flexible hours during off season
ability to work in outdoor environments and occasionally in and around vehicles
ability to handle exposure to hostile or irate individuals and extreme heat conditions
excellent customer service skills
strong organizational and communication skills
