Events Planner

FUNCTION: The San Jacinto College event planner will plan and manage College-wide events from conception through completion to enhance the reputation and visibility of the College. • Coordinate with marketing design team for all event promotional items needed. • Event Committee Management: • Lead planning committees as needed for special events to discuss event goals and execution. • Collaborate with Foundation staff and special event host committees to meet the needs and goals for the event. • Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills, including excellent time management skills working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
