Facilities and Event Services The Perimeter College Facilities and Events Services Department supports students, faculty, and staff by providing assistance related to facilities and events on Georgia State University’s Alpharetta, Clarkston, Decatur, Dunwoody, and Newton campuses. • Coordinate with campus departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure seamless event execution and compliance to agreements. • Ensure all necessary contracts, GSU approvals, and insurance are obtained for events. Budget and Financial Oversight • Develop and manage event revenue and expenditures • Track expenses and process invoices related to event logistics and agreements.
