Sonoran University is looking to partner with a Contracted Events Planner for two major events: Graduation & White Coat Ceremonies This is a contracted position ideal for a seasoned events professional with a proven track record in academic or formal event planning. Ideal Candidate: • Minimum 3 years of professional event planning experience • Experience with academic ceremonies strongly preferred • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with precision • Familiarity with audiovisual, staging, and ceremonial protocols • Flexible schedule for on-site presence at all six events annually Contract Details: • Project-Based/Annual Contract • Includes planning, execution, and post-event wrap-up for each ceremony • Compensation commensurate with experience and scope of services To Apply: Please submit a proposal outlining your experience, availability, and a sample portfolio (if available) to Liz Morgan at: [email protected]
