We’re known for making our clients' visions come to life—seamlessly, strategically, and stylishly.What You’ll DoEvent Coordination & Execution: Plan, organize, and execute corporate, social, and nonprofit events from concept to completion.Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision, goals, and budget to deliver strategic event solutions.Logistics & Time Management: Develop event timelines, floor plans, run-of-show documents, and contingency plans to ensure seamless execution.On-Site Event Management: Lead on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown; proactively solve issues and deliver exceptional experiences for clients and guests.Post-Event Evaluation: Collect feedback, create post-event reports, and recommend areas for improvement for future events.You’ll Be Great For This Role If YouHave 3+ years in corporate event planning, hospitality, fundraising, or conference/trade show coordination.Have a proven track record of running large-scale, multi-layered events.Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Have excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing experience.Are a proactive, solutions-oriented self-starter who connects dots and takes ownership.Are open to evenings, weekends, and travel as event schedules require.Grow within a company that values innovation and initiative, visit new places while managing and executing events in various locations nationwide.
