The Events Planner will be instrumental in managing and executing a wide variety of events for the School of Medicine's medical students. This position is integral to supporting the vibrant community of medical students at UNM and ensuring that each event contributes meaningfully to their educational experience. • High school diploma or GED • At least 5 years of relevant experience related to duties and responsibilities • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload • Self-starter with strong organizational skills • Ability to create and manage multiple budgets adhering to university policies • Understanding of contractual language and negotiation skills • Must comply with university influenza vaccination requirement if working in clinical areas
