The Farm House Collective is a revitalized historic landmark in Riverside, housed in the former 1953 Farm House Motel. Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site events from concept through completion • Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and community partners to create engaging programming • Manage event inquiries, proposals, budgets, and timelines • Coordinate logistics including permits, rentals, vendors, and staffing • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown across indoor and outdoor spaces • Serve as the primary on-site contact during events • Ensure events align with the brand, aesthetic, and community-focused mission of The Farm House Collective • Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting Qualifications & Skills: • Experience in event planning, hospitality, or community programming • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously • Comfortable working in a dynamic, outdoor-focused environment • Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends Environment • This role includes a mix of planning work and on-site event execution.
