Events Planner - The Farm house Collective The property features 15 local eateries and retail spaces, gardens, and thoughtfully designed outdoor gathering areas that serve as a vibrant community hub. Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site events from concept through completion • Collaborate with tenants, vendors, and community partners to create engaging programming • Manage event inquiries, proposals, budgets, and timelines • Coordinate logistics including permits, rentals, vendors, and staffing • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown across indoor and outdoor spaces • Serve as the primary on-site contact during events • Ensure events align with the brand, aesthetic, and community-focused mission of The Farm House Collective • Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting Qualifications & Skills: • Experience in event planning, hospitality, or community programming • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously • Comfortable working in a dynamic, outdoor-focused environment • Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends Schedule • Flexible; often includes evenings and weekends
