Events & Program Manager

We're Hiring! Full-Time | $70,000 – $95,000/year Association Management Professionals (AMP) is looking for a proactive and organized Events & Program Manager to coordinate conferences, manage volunteer committees, support legislative communications, and assist with nonprofit operations. While this is a remote-first role, we require applicants to live in or relocate to the Tallahassee, FL area due to occasional in-office needs and travel logistics. What You’ll Do: • Plan and execute statewide and regional events • Coordinate marketing, speaker logistics, and registration • Support volunteer committees and strategic planning • Monitor legislative activity and assist with communications • Maintain membership databases and assist with admin tasks
