Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of 417 & Biz 417's dynamic events and member programs. Through organized execution, collaborative teamwork, and attention to detail, the Event & Programming Coordinator supports revenue growth and brand engagement across all platforms. • Support the Marketing Director and/or Event Lead as project coordinator for 417 and Biz 417 signature events. Own planning timelines and support logistics, execution, speaker communication, and marketing as needed or assigned. • Experience with event registration and ticketing platforms-experience in TicketSpice a plus.
