Collaborate with the Events, Communications, and Programs Manager, the Financial Coordinator, and others as appropriate to assist in planning, organizing and executing various AIC/LIC and Associates events, including, but not limited to, logistics, scheduling, and vendor management. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job satisfactorily. A bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, education, communications, marketing, or related field and three years’ work experience in training, fundraising and/or marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities to perform the job duties. Knowledge of basic customer relations principles, including working with elected officials, public employees, business partners, and the public. The employee is required to attend job related meetings, events, and gatherings as assigned.
