Responsibilities • Participates in planning and leads creative community events and programs of interest to residents and families • Organize volunteers • Prepares activity assessments and MDS for each resident according to regulatory requirements and completes participation in Caretracker • Assists with arranging transportation to events, programs and field trips as necessary • Implements passive exercise and wellness programs on the nursing units
