Events Project Manager

A company is looking for an Experiential / Events Project Manager (Contract). Key Responsibilities Act as the primary account lead, managing partner relationships and serving as the key point of contact Oversee end-to-end planning for both intimate and larger-scale experiential activations Coordinate all event logistics, including venues, layouts, schedules, and operational details Required Qualifications Proven project or event management experience, ideally overseeing multiple activations simultaneously Experience managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and tracking budgets Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities A collaborative, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments Flexible availability to accommodate event schedules, including heavier workloads during event weeks
