Responsibilities: Handles the logistics for events & promotions, gifts pickups and Slot & Bj Tournaments set-up and breakdown. Must receive cash handling instructions and abide by property cash handling policies and procedures.Assists patrons in requests for assistance, services, and information in a courteous, respectful manner. Provides superior guest service to all guests.Educates customers on upcoming promotions and events.
