The Putnam Museum and Science Center is seeking a dynamic Events & Rentals Manager to lead the planning and execution of events that inspire curiosity, celebrate learning, and strengthen community engagement. Event & Rental Planning and Execution • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all Museum-hosted events, including fundraisers, exhibit openings, donor receptions, and public programs. • Serve as the central contact for vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure strong communication and coordination. • Experience with event management software. • Experience managing donor or fundraising events.
