Selador International is looking for an Events Representative to support community events and public engagement campaigns throughout Beaumont.

Rather than spending your day behind a desk, you'll be out in the community representing charitable initiatives, connecting with people face-to-face, and helping create positive experiences that inspire others to get involved.

Every event is different, giving you the chance to develop confidence, communication skills, and practical experience while working alongside a supportive and energetic team.

No previous events experience is required. Full training is provided.

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are exactly the same.

One day you could be attending a busy community event, while the next you're representing a campaign in a high-footfall public location. Wherever you are, your role is to create engaging conversations, answer questions, and help people understand the positive impact they can make by supporting worthwhile causes.

You'll become the friendly face of the campaign, creating welcoming interactions that encourage people to learn more while developing valuable communication and public engagement skills of your own.

Throughout the role, you'll work closely with experienced colleagues, receive ongoing coaching, and gain firsthand experience of how successful community outreach campaigns are delivered.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Representing charitable campaigns at community events and public venues
Creating welcoming conversations with members of the public
Sharing information about community initiatives in a friendly and engaging way
Helping maintain professional event presentation and campaign standards
Supporting event logistics and day-to-day campaign activities
Working alongside your team to create positive experiences at every event
Participating in ongoing coaching and professional development
