Events Resource Planner

We are hiring immediately an Event Resource Planner - which will help us power progress for our customers. We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience: • Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience in travel coordination, administration, or any related field • Experience with booking platforms, travel agencies, and able to perform with a sense of urgency • Proficient in travel management software, booking platforms, and Microsoft office tools • Strong interpersonal skills as well as stakeholders’ management experience • Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, negotiate with vendors effectively, and able to travel up to 50% of the time Apply now and help us keep the power on.
