Walks into a room and instantly knows who mattersCan fill a room with killers on 24 hours noticeTurns a casual conversation into a $10K+ membership without making it feel like a saleThis is not an “event planner” role. This is a community builder + deal closer + social architect

What You’ll Actually Do

Events

Host 2–4 curated events per month (dinners, drives, private experiences)Build rooms that feel intentional with quality guestsPartner with top venues (restaurants, lounges, hotels) to generate new memberships

Membership Sales

Convert conversations into membersClose high-value clients without being pushyBuild a pipeline of qualified people who actually fit the brand
