You will work closely with the location General Managers and event operations teams to move events from inquiry to execution while providing clear guidance, coaching, and management to the sales team. • Support budgeting processes and track sales against financial goals. • 5+ years of experience in sales and event management, preferably in hospitality or Family Entertainment Centers (FECs). • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, including performance improvement plans and progressive discipline. • Experience working with legal counsel on contracts, adjustments, and updates.
