Events Setup Team

This role is perfect for someone with experience in event setup, hospitality, floral design, catering, venue operations, or banquet services who enjoys working behind the scenes to bring beautiful events to life. Experience with weddings, events, hospitality, catering, banquet operations, venue setup, or floral design Excellent customer service and communication skills A valid driver's license with a clean driving record The ability to lift and carry heavy event equipment throughout the shift No lifting restrictions Comfort working on ladders to install ceremony arches, hanging décor, and other elevated event pieces A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team Flexibility to work evenings and later hours when events require setup or teardown Be part of creating beautiful weddings and memorable celebrations Work with a creative, supportive, and energetic team Every event is unique—no two days are the same!
