About the role: The Events Team creates experiences that engage, connect and inspire our workforce. Joining our team means bringing bold creativity and a hands-on, get-it-done mentality. What you’ll be doing: • Supports select TQL events; responsibilities ranging from conceptualization, timeline, budget, event promo, vendor relations, food and beverage, entertainment and post-event follow up • Partners with internal customers and other members of the Events Team on all event needs for 9,000+ TQL employees and their families across multiple locations nationwide • Collaborates with internal teams and serve as a liaison for vendors, ensuring event deliverables meet and exceed expectations • Tracks participation and demographic data post-event to evaluate the need to improve/restructure those events in the future • Supports TQL’s event-related marketing and engagement efforts • Works nights and weekends as needed to ensure presence at special events What you need: • Bachelor’s Degree • 3+ years of experience managing all aspects of corporate event planning • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed for events • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events and event setup; lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs.
