The duties of this role include planning, coordinating, hosting, and facilitating events with the Events Team, supporting scheduling and planning needs for in-person events both internally and externally. This role will assist with the event coordination and logistics including supervision, planning, ordering, and shipping materials as needed to local offices in helping to coordinate regional event activities. What you bring to the role: • Be a self-starter; tech-savvy with a can-do attitude • Strong sense of teaming and collaboration with solid executive presence for internal stakeholders and clients • Willingness to roll up sleeves and support a variety of projects and tasks regardless of the level of complexity • Experience organizing and coordinating multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail and management of priorities to meet deadlines • You are creative, innovative, and think outside the box • Always demonstrates professionalism and exhibit firm values • Performance requires ability to work independently with initiative and discretion within established guidelines • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, events management, communications or journalism or related field • Minimum 3 years experience.
