Events Specialist

This position offers exposure to the full event lifecycle and a chance to learn marketing automation and CRM platforms in a supportive and fast-paced environment. This position will join our Regional Marketing Americas team and will report to our Head of Regional Marketing Americas and work closely with our Senior Events Manager. • Digital Marketing & Promotion Support • Create and maintain event campaign document for each event that includes goals, objectives, and promotional plans • Assist global digital marketing team with pre/post promotional campaigns, including email invites, landing pages, surveys, and social media support. • Tools & Technology • Support the use of marketing tools such as event platforms, lead capture systems, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot or Pardot), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
