Event Specialist – Filter Build Program Bring Clean Water to the World. • Follow best practice process for event management in Salesforce • Update event opportunities and campaigns with event logistics & details • Coordinate shipping logistics through data transparency & communication with Operations team • Collaborate with Fund Development team to continuously foster relationships • Maintain portfolio of partnerships, inventory partners, peer to peer, and others, acting as main point of contact for Filter Build events • Assist in maintaining data integrity for all event partner profiles • Assist in creating event proposals, contracts, and invoices • Schedule and coordinate pre and post event communications • Organize & prepare event resources • Represent WTW and travel to support company relationships and filter build execution. • Prior experience in Salesforce or other CRM database • Strong communication skills • 2+ years of work experience with data entry, managing systems/processes • 2+ years experience as a presenter In the course of performing this work, an employee must be able to: • Sufficient physical ability to work in an office setting and operate office equipment; the employee is regularly required to bend, stoop, kneel, and at times may be required to lift 25+ pounds and can be exposed to indoor, outdoor temperatures and various living situations.
