Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate with event staff and vendors to ensure seamless event execution • Setup stages, audio/visual equipment, and other necessary items for events • Maintain cleanliness of facilities and ensure proper storage of supplies and equipment • Identify equipment and structural items in need of repair and report to supervisor • Assist with moving furniture, setting up tables, chairs, and other necessary items for events The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have previous experience in a similar role or related field.
