Overview We are seeking a highly organized and outgoing Events Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns. The Events Specialist will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engaging with customers face-to-face, and supporting event-based sales and marketing initiatives. Assist in the planning and execution of live events, retail activations, and promotional campaignsRepresent client products and services at events, engaging directly with customers in a professional and approachable mannerEducate customers on product features, promotions, and service offeringsDrive customer acquisition and support event-based sales effortsSet up and break down event materials, displays, and branded equipmentCollaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth event operationsTrack event performance, customer interactions, and key metricsProvide feedback on customer trends and event effectivenessMaintain a positive brand image at all times during customer interactions Strong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable engaging with customers in a face-to-face settingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in events, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required
