Requisition #:675408 Location:Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 Category:Marketing Schedule:Day Shift Employment Type:Full Time In the heart of Tampa Bay, our main campus and state-of-the-art facility is located in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida and just minutes from restaurants, beautiful beaches, sports arenas and a multitude of family activities. Independently handles routine to moderately complex events or defined workstreams, escalates significant risks or exceptions, and works with internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent, service-focused event experiences. Bachelor's Degree in event management, communications, marketing, or a related field (Required)One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.2+ years of experience in event planning, donor relations, or a related field (Required)Working knowledge of event timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and on-site operations.Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, discretion, and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management or registration tools.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. Salary Range: Minimum 25.32/hour - Maximum 40.52/hour.
