In this role, you will be responsible for verifying event planning and execution, providing sales support, and completing administrative duties. Responsibilities: - Verify event planning and execution on-site - Provide sales support to General Managers of MSB properties - Serve as the primary point of contact for guests organizing and attending meeting events - Ensure a seamless experience for guests throughout their event - Collaborate with Group Sales and Area Sales teams - Update property websites with relevant content - Assist with various administrative duties as assigned by General Managers Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in event planning or hospitality industry preferred - Knowledge of Marriott policies and procedures is a plus - Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Education Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent Experience Requirements: - Previous experience in event planning or hospitality industry preferred
