Our mission is to support the academic enterprise of a vibrant research institution by providing comprehensive service and event planning resources at an exceptional value to campus departments and external clients. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Event Services, this position serves as a primary contact for events and conferences including summer housing programs for University and non-University clients. Responsibilities Include • Coordinate, arrange and support clients at all stages of event planning and execution • Generate proposals, contracts, event diagrams, and invoices • Advise clients on event set-ups, menus, budget, timelines and other logistics • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with University and non-University vendors • Provide exceptional customer service for new and returning clients to ensure the overall success of each program Required Skills • Willing to work evenings and weekends for events, client meetings, or site visits • Valid Drivers License and knowledge of Boston University is preferred
