The Events Specialist role within Experience Tulsa is vital to realizing this vision, as it supports the tactical execution of diverse events that serve the community’s interests and strategic goals. Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or related field preferred Minimum 2.5 years of experience in event planning and coordination Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Meticulous attention to detail Experience in budget management and vendor contract negotiation Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with event management and project software such as Eventbrite and Asana Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Ability to work collaboratively in team settings Intrinsic motivation and adaptability Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch as necessary Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours Must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle for transporting event materials Ability to travel locally and work from multiple Tulsa locations OysterLink supports restaurant and hospitality hiring.
