Events Specialist - Full Time

• Work with hospital departments across the system to support internal events and community presence opportunities. Vendor & Partner Coordination • Serve as the point of contact for event vendors including caterers, AV providers, venues, and rental companies. Preferred: • Experience supporting fundraising, employee engagement, or community events in a healthcare setting • Familiarity with vendor negotiation, contract management, and event permitting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, event planning platforms, or project management tools As part of the Community Relations team within the Marketing & Communications division, the Event Specialist plays a hands-on, highly visible role in executing a broad portfolio of events that elevate Erlanger's brand, deepen community engagement, and support strategic priorities across the health system. The Event Specialist works closely with colleagues across development, marketing, communications, creative, and hospital operations to bring events to life with professionalism, hospitality, precision, and purpose.
