We are seeking an Event Supervisor to provide hands‑on leadership during events and help ensure each celebration is executed seamlessly from setup through breakdown.As an Event Supervisor, you’ll lead event staff during assigned shifts, coordinate closely with the culinary and events teams, and help maintain Pippin Hill’s standards of service and hospitality throughout each event.What You’ll DoEvent Execution & Team LeadershipSupervise event staff during setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring execution aligns with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)Review event details and staff assignments before service and communicate changes to the teamLead pre‑event staff briefings and provide clear direction throughout the eventCoordinate with culinary, bar, service, and event management teams to maintain smooth event flowSupport and coach event staff during service while maintaining a professional, team‑oriented environmentGuest, Client & Vendor ExperienceServe as a professional and welcoming point of contact for guests, clients, and vendors during eventsAssist with guest needs and communicate concerns or significant issues to event managementHelp ensure specialty meals, dietary accommodations, and other event‑specific service details are executed correctlyService & Venue StandardsMaintain event spaces, service stations, bridal and groom suites, and other guest‑facing areas at event‑ready standardsEnsure bars and service areas are properly stocked and maintained throughout eventsMonitor event equipment and supplies and communicate replenishment or maintenance needsEnsure event spaces are properly reset and left presentable following each functionEvent Communication & Follow‑UpCommunicate event updates, operational concerns, guest issues, and incidents to event managementComplete required event recaps and incident documentationParticipate in post‑event discussions and provide feedback that supports continued improvement of event operationsQualificationsPrevious experience in events, hospitality, restaurants, or a similar service environment; supervisory experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable providing direction and leading a team during fast‑paced eventsProfessional, calm, and guest‑focused under pressureStrong attention to detail and ability to adapt as event needs changeAble to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of 8–12 hoursAvailable to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules requireWhy Join Us?At Pippin Hill and across Easton Porter Group, we believe great hospitality starts with great people.
