This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys both event execution and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and supervise large on-site events, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional guest experiences • Serve as an on-site point of contact for event clients during walk-throughs, tours, and event setups • Prepare and maintain a weekly events binder and communicate event details with the Event Coordinator, Kitchen, and Management teams • Coordinate internally to ensure all upcoming events are properly staffed, set up, and executed • Attend community and networking events as a representative of MIX • Support outreach efforts by connecting with local businesses via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits • Distribute and explain current marketing materials and event offerings • Earn 3% commission on any new clients you personally book at the venue • Assist with FOH Manager shifts, overseeing the flow of service and operations during regular business hours • 2+ years FOH management and/or guest service experience • 2+ years Event Management and/or administrative work • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and community partners • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Tripleseat is a plus • Availability for nights, weekends, and flexible scheduling as needed About Pinz Entertainment Group, LLC Pinz Entertainment Group, LLC is a dynamic hospitality company known for creating unforgettable entertainment experiences that bring people together.
