At least one year of supervisory or lead experience is essential. The Event Coordinator Supervisor will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-event environment and must exhibit strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent events. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required to support the dynamic schedule of cultural programming. • Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's License or ability to obtain within ninety days • Possession of a City Operator's Permit within six months of hire • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends • Strong organizational skills • Ability to lead, train, and evaluate staff • Excellent communication skills • Knowledge of contractual negotiation and administration
