Events Team Member

We’re seeking a motivated, energetic Event Team Member to join our growing team. You’ll help with the setup, coordination, and execution of live events, retail promotions, and community activations across the Dayton area. What We’re Looking For • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in where needed • Excellent communication and people skills • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying hours depending on event schedules • Prior experience in events, retail, hospitality, or customer service (preferred, not required) • A passion for creating memorable experiences and working as part of a team Position Details • Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent • Employment Type: W2 (salaried position with weekly pay) • Location: Based in the Dayton area with local travel for events • Training: Provided — no prior experience required, just enthusiasm and a great attitude Join Our Dayton Events Team
