Position Summary: The Executive and Events Coordinator is a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful professional to fill a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant and an Event Coordinator. This position will support senior leadership with administrative tasks while also managing the planning and execution of internal and external events. Preferred Qualifications: Prior event planning, project management and senior level executive assistant experience. events gifts, provider of the month gifts and coordinate shipping of said items. Excellent organization, attention to detail and critical thinking skills to manage the multitude of complexities of the role.
