· Manage the President and COO’s calendars, including but not limited to scheduling meetings · Facilitate meetings and call requests on behalf of the President, COO and VP of Special Events. · Assist in organization and tracking of expenses for President/CEO and COO Responsibilities: The Events Coordinator is responsible for assisting the team in the planning and executing of annual events, including: Chefs Table, golf outing, board meetings and Chicago Gourmet food and wine festival. · Assist in the collection of event assets and invoices
