The role is primarily responsible for providing executive support to the Meketa Capital CEO and the Meketa Capital business development team, including word-processing, material production, and coordinating and maintaining company files. The role reports to Meketa Capital’s CEO. Recommend the most cost-effective itineraries • Complete expense reporting for the Meketa Capital CEO and provide secondary support to other members of the Business Development team to the extent time permits • Prepare client/prospect-ready reports and correspondence, including editing, printing, binding, and distributing client materials • Ensure timely material delivery for clients/prospects by managing deadlines • Prepare and produce materials and presentations for executive meetings • Provide support for scheduling and attending meetings, formatting and distributing agendas and meeting materials, taking and distributing notes • Coordinating in-house meetings, including meeting set-up • Work with other members of the Meketa administrative staff to establish and communicate broadly uniform administrative procedures and practices • Identify opportunities to provide additional support in alignment with organizational needs • This role may be remote for the appropriately qualified candidate.
