• Support The Link by providing high quality administrative, marketing, event and customer service duties • Member recruitment and inquiry coordination - Manage event check in, providing accurate accounting of funds by attendee - Manage new member registration - Input all on site charges and reconcile with cash and checks • Recap event information and distribute as needed • 5 years of office management or executive support experience • Able to work in a virtual office environment – own a laptop and color printer, Microsoft Office including Outlook
