Plan and manage the banquet kitchen staff in the procurement, production, preparation and presentation of all food for the banquet department in a safe, sanitary work environment which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive, quality products. • Strives to continuously improve the job skills and knowledge of the Food & Beverage team. • Regular attendance in conformance with the outlined standards; which may be revised by Willabys Catering inc. at any time in accordance with business needs, is essential to the successful performance of this position. • Employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of The Food & Beverage Department. The safety and sanitation displayed throughout the Food & Beverage Department should be considered of the upmost importance at all times.
