We’re seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator for Special Events to be an integral part of TRCs Security and Emergency Management practice and a trusted member of a team responsible for supporting our government and commercial sector clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In this role you will primarily be supporting executive leadership with the preparation and facilitation of meetings and working groups, coordinating project timelines and deliverables, ensuring effective communication across a broad range of stakeholders, and supporting the client with other duties that may be assigned. • Background in emergency management, security, project management, and/or executive support. • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively. • These benefits are applicable to US employees depending on their employment status (full time, part time, or temporary).
