Executive Director, Internal Event Operations

In This Role, You Will • Govern the M-i-a-B program to ensure compliance, efficiency, and stakeholder success • Monitor and triage daily event registrations in the event management system • Advise stakeholders on branding, policy adherence, and attendee experience for self-managed events • Develop and implement cost-efficient event strategies aligned with business objectives • Enhance frameworks, templates, and toolkits to streamline planning and execution • Leverage Cvent tools to optimize registration, communications, and reporting accuracy • Serve as escalation point and strategic consultant for complex event issues • Build and maintain strong relationships across business groups and enterprise functions • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen governance and reduce risk • Conduct audits and post-event reviews to ensure standards and compliance Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
