The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and oversee the daily operations of the venue, including managing personnel, preparing and administering the annual budget, and securing and negotiating event contracts. Essential duties for this role include directing administrative, engineering, and operations departments, booking and managing entertainment events, and developing corporate sponsorship programs. The Executive Director will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with industry representatives, community leaders, and stakeholders to ensure the organization's financial sustainability and community focus. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field, and a minimum of six years of experience in a progressively responsible management role within a venue, convention center, or related industry. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide effective leadership, develop and implement policies that align with organizational goals, and secure diverse entertainment and event opportunities.
